Q. Why don’t you carry my favorite product all year? How can I get more?
A. Due to the limited space in our stores, we are unable to carry every item consistently throughout the year and we offer certain items for a limited time. Unfortunately, we are not able to get additional quantities of a limited item once it runs out.
Q. How can I find out if my local ALDI has an everyday product in stock?
A. We strive to be stocked with our regular items every day. Please visit your local store and if you cannot find what you are looking for, please ask one of our friendly associates.
Q. How come my store is out of this week’s Meat Special?
A. Our Weekly Fresh Meat Specials feature extra-low prices on our very best cuts of meat. Because they are such a great buy, we do have a limited quantity to share among our 1,900 stores. With ALDI Finds, including our Weekly Fresh Meat Specials, each store receives a quantity consistent with previous demand for similar products.
Q. You say you have beer and wine, but I can’t find it in my store. Why not?
A. We do offer beer and wine for sale in many of our stores, but in certain states and municipalities, the sale of alcohol is not allowed. Check our store locator to see if your store, or a store near you, carries wine and beer.

Q. How come my store is out of an ALDI Find, it was just in the ad?
A. Our ALDI Finds are only available for a limited time and while supplies last. Sometimes the deals are so exciting, that they sell out fast!
Q. Can ALDI Finds be placed on hold or reserved at the store?
A. Because our ALDI Finds are only available for a limited time and while supplies last, we are unable to reserve product at any store location. We recommend visiting your local ALDI to ensure you get all the exciting deals we have to offer.
Q. Does ALDI offer rainchecks when specials run out?
A. We are unable to offer rain checks on ALDI Find items since these items are only available for a limited time and while supplies last.
Q. How can I find out if my local ALDI has an ALDI Find item in stock?
A. We’re proud to offer ALDI Finds. The inventory in our stores can vary by location and our ALDI Finds are only available for a limited time and while supplies last. We encourage you to check your store’s handbills or sign up for our Weekly Newsletter, which lets you know when certain items will be on sale. To be sure you don’t miss out, we recommend visiting ALDI as early as possible when a new ALDI Find item goes on sale.
Q. Why do ALDI Finds sell out so quickly? Why isn’t more stock ordered when the demand is obviously there?
A. Our ALDI Finds are ordered months in advance and are intended to be on sale for a limited time. With new ALDI Finds coming in every week, we have to sell them quickly to make room for the next exciting offers. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to predict which items will sell out faster, but we do our best to supply each store with sufficient stock of each product.
Q. Why are some ALDI Finds limited to one per person?
A. It is not ALDI policy to limit purchases to one per customer, but in the event of unexpectedly high demands, each store does reserve the right to limit quantities.
