Q. What hours are your stores open?
A. You can determine the hours for your local store by using our store locator.
Q. Are there any holidays that ALDI stores are closed?
A. All ALDI stores are closed on New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Additionally, all ALDI stores will be open limited hours on Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Q. I want to contact the store but can’t find a phone number. Why?
A. Everything we do is to save our shoppers money on the food and products they want most. Rather than hire extra staff to answer phones and retrieve carts, our employees stay focused on serving our shoppers in the store. This saves us money, but more importantly, we pass those savings on to our customers. Our website (aldi.us) has information about our store locations and hours, current and upcoming ALDI Finds, answers to your frequently asked questions (FAQs) and a way to contact our customer service team should you have any specific questions.
Q. Does ALDI have special shopping hours for seniors, expectant mothers, or health compromised shoppers?
A. Yes, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, ALDI stores will open at 8:30 a.m. and reserve the first hour of business for vulnerable shoppers, including seniors, expectant mothers, and health compromised shoppers.

Q. My store is being remodeled, when will it open?
A. Visit our Grand Openings page to see when your local ALDI is reopening. If you cannot find your local store, then a date has not yet been finalized for its re-opening, but we will post it here as soon as the official re-opening date has been determined.

A. When it comes to choosing store locations, we look at many factors. We want the best sites that are closest to our shoppers and can support a high daily traffic volume. Q. I left my debit/credit card in the store, how can I check to see if they have it?
A. For fastest resolution, we recommend returning to the store and speaking to the Manager on Duty.
Q. I need a copy of my receipt, how can I get one?
A. Please return to the store where you made your purchases with card used for payment and ask to speak with a manager. They will be able to assist with this request.
