Italian Style Broth Bowl

Directions:

  1. Cook tortellini according to packaging directions. Drain and reserve.
  2. In a large pot, combine broth, onions, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil for 10 minutes. Strain broth and return to stove. Add meatballs and simmer for 10 minutes or until meatballs are heated through. Add spinach and tortellini; remove from heat.
  3. In a small bowl, combine tomatoes, bell pepper, parsley and basil. Reserve.
  4. Divide broth mixture evenly among 4 bowls. Top with tomato mixture and serve.
